They are losing out on prime opportunities to offer their target audience with key marketing information. Most SMEs collect customer information but are unable to use this efficiently. An e-mail marketing campaign that is well planned and executed can offer customers information that they would be interested in and would most likely act upon. E-mail marketing can be rather effective in spreading your marketing message or can be treated like spam if it is done wrong.
