The government has made proposals that will consider allowing multinational companies the advantage of transferring employees into UK. Since such businesses have offices across the globe they have easy access to highly skilled employees. With the government’s current views on immigration SMEs don’t have the same advantage. The Federation of Private Businesses hopes the government will consider immigration policies that affect all business, small and big in the same way. It is important for small businesses also to have the opportunity to recruit skilled and key employees who will help the enterprise do better and prosper.
