Mentoring is crucial to start-ups. It helps new entrepreneurs find their feet, refine their business plans and gain from the experience of successful business owners. In the long run this will help not only the new businesses but also the local and national economy and help raise productivity. Recently six of UK’s tops banks came together to form a support group to help small businesses receive the funding they require.
