Our IT Support Team is Based in the UK and Available 7 days a week

From our base just outside Colchester, Essex we have put a number of systems and procedures in place to ensure that we always deliver the highest level of computer and network support to our clients

Our standard IT Support service includes all of the following.

• At the start of the service an engineer will perform a full health check ensuring your PC's and servers are working at their best.
• Remote management software will be installed on each PC and Server at no extra cost.
• The majority of faults can be fixed remotely by our experts. This minimises the need for an engineer to visit the site and disrupt your users.
• Technical computer support 7 days a week fully inclusive of all labour costs.
• Advice on software applications.

Optional extras can be added to the standard service

• Fully inclusive service including all spare parts for your existing hardware.
• Premium fully inclusive service that includes everything in the fully inclusive service plus we will also provide your PCs and Servers for a fixed monthly fee with no capitol outlay.
• Software upgrades, Tekhoi is able to supply and install software packages within the low monthly fee.
